![]() I personally find him a bit lacking, BUT a voltron strategy coupled with a few other beats can be quite cheap, especially if you have some expensive pieces already. ] and ].ĭarigaaz is more aimed towards a voltron strategy and can use great support pieces, but its in the end a commander thats focused on himself. So in my opinion, there are like 2 dragons you can choose. Dont get me wrong, its a VERY powerful deck if build right, but its not a dragon tribal deck like the one you want to build. There is ], his deck is however very much focused on a strategy and there is not a lot of room for other dragons besides him. There are now many effects which copy permanents or creatures and its easy to loose your entire deck just on that. I was thinking about getting the gruul precon and upgrading it. The decks usually win around turn 5-7 if unchecked, but removal and counters are common. The goal is to get an edh deck that’s at mid power to keep up with the decks in my playgroup which would be things like Animar, Marchesa aristocrats, or kykar spellslinger among others. It’s a Jund dragon list revolving around ] ]] and big Dragons like ] I recently found his old deck completely sleeved in a shoebox. We used to play kitchentable magic as kids excessively and I’m back into magic since a few years now. 2026: release of a set that returns us to Arcavios. My brothers birthday is coming up and I’m thinking about getting him an EDH deck.2025: release of a set that returns us to Lorwyn.2025: release of a set that is a Space Opera.2025: release of a set that returns us to Tarkir.2025: release of Universes Beyond: Final Fantasy, also on MTG Arena.January, 2025: release of Innistrad Remastered on paper.Q4, 2024: release of Pioneer Masters on MTG Arena.Q3, 2024: release of Duskmourn: House of Horror.July, 2024: release of Universes Beyond: Assassin's Creed.Q2, 2024: release of Modern Horizons III.Q2, 2024: release of Outlaws of Thunder Junction, the long awaited Wild West set.March, 2024: release of Universes Beyond: Fallout.February, 2024: Pro Tour at MagicCon Chicago, USA.February, 2024: release of Murders at Karlov Manor and Ravnica: Clue Edition.January, 2024: release of Ravnica Remastered on paper.January 19, 2024: start of the Regional Championships for Pro Tour 5.Featuring Universes Beyond: Jurassic World.November, 2023: release of The Lost Caverns of Ixalan.November 3, 2023: Holiday release of The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth.October 13, 2023: release of Universes Beyond: Doctor Who.October 10, 2023: release of Alchemy: Wilds of Eldraine on MTG Arena.Fall, 2023: release of the complete original Khans of Tarkir set on MTG Arena.September 22-24, 2023: 2023 World Championship at MagicCon Las Vegas, USA.No Standard Rotation: from now on, sets will rotate out every three years rather than every two years.September 8, 2023: release of Wilds of Eldraine and Starter Kit 2023.September 3, 2023: start of the Regional Championships for Pro Tour 4 (Chicago).September / October, 2023: Arena Championship 4.August 23, 2023: release of Magic Planeswalkers: Notorious ( BOOM! comic).August 10, 2023: release of Secret Lair Commander Deck: Angels: They're Just Like Us but Cooler and with Wings.August 7, 2023: first yearly B&R update.Going forward, the general intent is that there will be only one Planeswalker per set. Enchanting Tales is a separate set of cards, similar to the Retro Artifacts and Multiverse Legends Bonus sheets. Where Throne of Eldraine had a theme for both artifacts and enchantments, this time it trends heavier to the Enchantment themes. The witch Eriette, her sisters and the faerie noble Talion are responsible for a curse that’s lying over the land as others vie for power in a land looking for leadership.
